About this agreement

This is an agreement that regulates the cooperation between Marketingcapacity (hereafter referred to as MC) and the company (buyer) regarding the placement of a freelancer/consultant/specialist/interim.

The purpose of the agreement is to ensure the framework for a good collaboration, including duties, responsibilities, and confidentiality.

MC solely facilitates the placement of a candidate to the company and assumes no responsibility for day-to-day project management or the candidate's execution of the work/project. It is the company's responsibility to have relevant insurance coverage for accidents or damages that might be caused by third parties in B2B relationships, including the candidate.

The company assumes the rights to the work performed, meaning it cannot be sold/transferred to any other party.

2. Confidentiality

MC and the company shall keep confidential any information that is not intended to be disclosed to third parties.

MC and the company shall also keep confidential any information received about the other party's business, and shall only use the received materials and information for the purpose of fulfilling the task, and will return them after completion of the task.

The obligation of confidentiality shall also apply to the period following the termination of this agreement, regardless of the reason.

3. Expenses and reimbursements

MC informs that the candidate has been notified that any expenses, reimbursements, additional hours, etc. that exceed the agreed-upon agreement must be submitted and approved by the company in advance in order to be reimbursed by the company.
