About this agreement

This is an agreement that regulates the cooperation between Marketingcapacity (hereinafter MC) and the company (buyer) regarding the placement of a freelancer/consultant/specialist/interim. The purpose of the agreement is to ensure the framework for a good collaboration, including duties, responsibilities and confidentiality.

MC only provides a candidate to the company and assumes no responsibility for day-to-day project management or the candidate's performance of the work/project. The company is responsible for relevant insurance coverage for any accidents or damages that may be caused by third parties during B2B relationships, such as by the candidate.

The company acquires the rights to the work performed, i.e. it cannot be sold/transferred to another party.

MC and the company must keep secret such information about matters that are not intended to come to the knowledge of third parties.

MC and the company must also keep secret all information received about the other party's company, just as MC and the company may only use received material and information for the fulfillment of the assignment, and this must be returned after completion of the assignment.

The confidentiality obligation shall also apply for the time after the termination of this Agreement for any reason.

3. Costs / expenses

MC states that the Candidate is informed that any costs, expenses, additional consumption of hours, etc. beyond the agreement entered into must be submitted and approved in advance by the company in order to be settled with the company.
