I get really excited when people tell me about all the things that don’t work in their daily processes and tasks. As we usually can sit down with a cup of coffee and figure it out. Which then means that I can get to work on fixing it.

Even though I love diving into various tools that enable commercial teams to achieve results, the most important part of running a successful Ops team is to understand the key business processes for all teams involved and help them to make their day-to-day work more manageable. The ultimate goal is to make sure that every prospect or customer who is looking to connect with your team can do so smoothly and use their preferred way of communicating with your organization.
