Senior Project Manager with more than 10 years of experience and with a focus on enterprise architecture and leading implementation, upgrades, and migration of complex infrastructures.

The consultant has previously worked at JN Data with IT security and network. He has strong experience working with non-functional and functional requirements while implementing strategies in big organizations and start-up, hence focus on performance of IT network and IT security, videoconferencing, collaborations tool as an example.

As a project manager, the consultant has strong coordination skills, focusing on coordinating both tasks and projects to ensure deliveries. He has solid organizational and stakeholder management skills and can communicate across the entire organization from developers/technicians up to C-level. In addition, he has experience with Change Management at a high level, including participating in change management with CIO and reporting.

The consultant has been part of many different project where the focus has been on choosing and implementing new ERP systems such as new HR systems, Wage system, Timesheet system and IT support systems. In addition the consultant is well-rounded in agile environments including Agile project Management.
