A: During the facilitation period, all communication regarding tasks, including price negotiation, is exclusively to and via MC (Carsten Bjerregaard).
B: The facilitation relationship between the candidate, MC and the customer is active for 12 months after the candidate is presented or, if collaboration with the candidate is initiated, 12 months after the last assignment has been completed. This means that if the company wants to use the candidate for new assignments within 12 months after the presentation of the candidate, or 12 months after the completion of the last assignment, this is done exclusively through MC.
C: If the company wishes to hire the candidate on a permanent basis, an amount equivalent to 1.5 months' salary is paid to MC for recruitment, or 1.0 month's salary if the company has purchased more than 240 hours from the candidate within the last 12 months.
D: A breach of the collaboration agreements (A-C) triggers a payment to the MC corresponding to 1.5 months of full-time salary according to current hourly rates for the candidate.
E: In the event of any inconsistency between this and the specific project agreement, the specific project agreement shall prevail.
