3. PERSONAL DATA
3.1 When visiting MarketingCapacity.dk
When you as a person or employee of a company visit and use Marketingcapacity.dk, we automatically collect information about you and your use of marketingcapacity.dk, e.g:
- The IP address from your device, such as your PC, tablet or smartphone.
- Information about your phone or device model and settings
- Network information.
- Details about when, where and how you used the service.
- Login details.
- Browser type and versions.
- Browser plug-in types and versions.

3.2 By Login on MarketingCapacity.dk
When you as a candidate/freelancer create a profile on MarketingCapacity.dk, it is with the purpose of being able to present you in anonymized form based on experience and competencies to interested companies by direct inquiries or via our company access, where the company, based on a number of selected criteria such as Position Type, Project Competencies, Platform Competencies, will be presented with skilled and suitable candidates/freelancers who match the criteria.
MarketingCapacity.dk Aps will not have or store data on which companies have been presented to which candidates (in anonymized form).
Only when a company has signed a cooperation and confidentiality agreement with marketingcapacity.com aps will the company be presented with a non-anonymous version of a candidate's profile, including competency profile and/or CV. This contact and data processing will be registered and stored by MarketingCapacity Aps on secured laptops and on our secured network.
The exchange of this kind of data with our customers or potential customer will be done via our marketingcapacity.com platform and associated emails hosted by Wannafind A/S, which complies with Danish personal data legislation and utilizes some of the industry's best and most secure hosting facilities located in Denmark. 4. WHO WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL DATA TO
Personal data generated or submitted via Marketingcapacity.dk will only be disclosed to:
- By MarketingCapacity.dk Aps employees to, for example, improve the user experience of the platform or improve the possibilities of getting the candidate a job
- Customers and potential customers based on inquiries where personal data will be disclosed in either anonymized form or displayed/transmitted as a more transparent competence profile or CV, cf. above under point 3
- Business partners in order to improve the user experience of marketingcapacity.com
- Partners who process data on our behalf, we use partners for, among other things, technical operation and improvements to the website, sending newsletters and targeted marketing
- Partners are data processors and under our guidance process the data for which Marketingcapacity.dk Aps is data controller. The data processors may not use the data for any purpose other than the fulfillment of the agreement with us and are subject to confidentiality. We have entered into data processing agreements with all data processors who process personal data on our behalf
- In order to improve our website, we keep statistics on how users use the pages. The statistics are only used in aggregated form, e.g. to see which pages and browsers our users use the most
- dk Aps uses Google Analytics to collect visitor statistics and in this connection passes on IP addresses to Google Analytics. Google may disclose the information to third parties where required by law or to third parties who perform work or services for them. - dk Aps uses Facebook Pixel to collect visitor statistics and in this connection passes on IP addresses to Facebook. Facebook may disclose the information to third parties where required by law or to third parties who perform tasks or services for Facebook. - dk Aps uses Mailchimp to handle our newsletters, which is why name(s) and e-mail addresses are passed on to Mailchimp to send out newsletter(s) with relevant content to our stakeholders. By signing up for the MarketingCapacity.dk newsletter, you accept Mailchimp's privacy policy as stated at https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/. In addition, Mailchimp also complies and is certified according to. - dk Aps also uses Twitter, which is why customers and candidates who interact with our Twitter profile will accept Twitter's use and processing of data in accordance with their privacy policy, which can be found here: https://gdpr.twitter.com/en.html. - In addition, we only disclose personal data to others, e.g. abuse registers in accordance with applicable law, if the customer in question commits abuse or fraud against MarketingCapacity.dk

5. POLICY ON THE USE AND APPLICATION OF COOKIES
At MarketingCapacity.dk we use cookies to support our functionalities (and not for banner ads and similar marketing initiatives on our website), including login, so that we can remember your preferences and analyze your behavior and preferences. 6. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
According to the Personal Data Act, your personal information must be kept secure and confidential. We store your personal information on limited-access computers located in controlled facilities, and our security measures are continuously monitored to determine whether our user information is handled securely and with due regard for your rights as a user. However, we cannot guarantee 100 percent security when transferring data over the internet. This means that there may be a risk of others gaining unauthorized access to information when data is sent and stored electronically. You provide your personal data at your own risk. When creating a candidate profile, we therefore explicitly recommend that you do not provide information of a sensitive nature.
The rapid development of the internet means that changes in our processing of personal data may be necessary. We therefore reserve the right to update and change these guidelines for the processing of personal data.
If we do, we will of course correct the "last updated" date at the bottom of the page. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you in the form of a visible notice on our websites.
To the extent that personal data is processed about you, you have the right, according to the Danish Personal Data Act, to be informed of which personal data can be attributed to you. If it turns out that the information or data processed about you is incorrect or misleading, you have the right to demand that it be corrected, deleted or blocked. You may at any time object to the processing of data concerning you. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. You have the right to complain about the processing of information and data concerning you. 7. ACCESS TO INFORMATION
You can always unsubscribe from newsletters via links in our newsletters and this will result in your data being deleted.
