Find the ideal marketing temp
If you need someone to work in your company on a permanent basis for a period of time, you’ve come to the right place.
Companies find temporary workers with us, for example, when:
- An employee is on maternity leave, a leave of absence or is away for an extended period of time for other reasons
- An employee has resigned. A temp can cover the need until a replacement is found
- Help is needed for larger projects – or during periods of extra workload
Worth thinking about:
A temp position can be full-time but doesn’t have to be. Consider being open to 20, 25 or 30 hours per week as well. Especially when it comes to specialized roles, because if it’s not full-time, the pool of possible candidates is larger. Because a freelancer can cover the temp position and have other clients at the same time.
In general, freelancers can be more stable in temporary jobs than people “between jobs”. Because “between jobs” people are often looking for a permanent position, which means your collaboration may end prematurely.
A temp contract, like a freelance contract, can also have an element of flexibility. For example, it could be 80 or 100 fixed hours per month with the option to pull in extra hours when needed.
Many of the more than 2,000 profiles in 30 title categories you’ll find on the platform will be interested in a temporary position.
Here’s how to do it:
- Write a short description of your needs. Then we’ll recommend 3 candidates for you to choose from. It doesn’t get any easier.
