Create a post
A job posting is the traditional method of contacting a selection of good freelancers, temporary workers or permanent candidates. Take a few minutes to describe your needs and the target audience for the posting. Press "Send posting" and you're on your way.
Creating a job posting is free and non-binding
- You are not obliged to select a person for collaboration or employment
- Hourly rates are individual and typically 30-50% lower than agency hourly rates
- If you choose someone to work with, you simply pay the hourly rate. There are no other costs
- Fee for using Marketingcapacity is included in the hourly rate

Here's how to do it:
1) Describe your need
Create a description of your need or copy an existing job posting into the field.
Feel free to write about:
- The tasks
- Special competencies
- Scope (expected hours per week or month; if variable, please provide a range)
2) Select who should see the post
You can click on titles and/or build a list of profiles by heart-marking them. Feel free to do both.
3) Click "Send posting"
The selected people/titles will receive a notification email about your posting and can then apply.
Visibility
The posting is not published publicly on the job posting page to begin with. First, it is sent to profiles that match your target audience. If this does not lead to the right applicants, the target group can be adjusted and the posting made public.
