For the past 17 years I have been working with CRM implementations only, and for the last 9 years I have been extensively involved in digital transformational programmes, utilizing cloud-based application.

This has given me a good understanding for exactly how digital technology transforms the experiences of customers, employees, and suppliers, and fully appreciate the journey taken by both IT and the business.

In my last roles with both IBM and Deloitte, I have lead Salesforce Practices, and have successfully engaged with a large number of clients for how to deliver amazing customer and employee experiences through Salesforce. I have been a key member of the delivery team with hands on experience as well. As a person I am a team player with winner mentality, and I always try to do my very best.

My patience is known to be good, I have a high stress threshold, and I really enjoy working with CRM.
