Salesforce PM / AI Specialist

I specialize in streamlining business processes by combining CRM expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot…) with automation and AI integration. I am particularly strong at identifying inefficiencies, designing scalable workflows, and implementing data-driven solutions that improve both customer and internal operations.

I am interested in projects where I can bridge strategy and execution: CRM architecture and optimization, marketing and sales automation, AI-powered lead generation, and workflow automation across tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier. I also enjoy collaborating on growth initiatives, integrating data platforms, and enabling teams with training and best practices.

I see myself as a hybrid between a project manager and an automation specialist. I can act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that CRM systems, automation workflows, and AI tools are not only implemented but also adopted successfully. My role is to bring clarity, structure, and measurable impact to a company’s sales, marketing, and operations.
