Experienced Project- and Process manager with focus on development and optimization of processes and solutions within a broad variety of functional areas and industries like Pharma and FMCG and have end-2-end experience with Supply Chain both on operational and strategic level.

The last 10 years, the consultant has had roles both in Business and in IT whilst linking together SAP ECC and latest S/4HANA, into requirements, business solutions and well-functioning processes. He is solution oriented and passionate about optimization, development and implementation of solutions and processes. He is used to work in “project mode” delivering through all phases of various project and his former roles have been project manager, process manager and order to cash subject matter expert. In addition, he is used to working on all levels throughout the organization.

The consultants core competencies includes Project Management, Business Strategy and Analysis, Business Requirements gathering, AS-IS & TO-BE analysis and documentation, process mapping and optimization and facilitation of workshops.

His certifications in SCRUM, LEAN and Six sigma he uses as a foundation for delivering high quality services in a timely manner by ensuring continuous progress in his projects. Furthermore, his involvement in major SAP implementation have also added substantial knowledge within OCM and ADKAR to help understand and proactively handle resistance in the business towards changes.
