E-mail marketing automation specialist

Specialised in Marketing Automation, I work with clients in a range of different sectors, e.g. sports, travel, trade unions and e-commerce.

I have been working on this for the past 4 years. Everything from setting up email accounts in CRM with SPF/DNS (sender policy framework) verifications to setting up email templates for customers.

Helping clients maintain a solid database, generate leads with sign-up forms, pop-ups, text messages, email blasts. Create automation rules and workflows with segmented data for specific customer KPIs and ROI.

I am interested in helping new clients with their email marketing from a more technical point of view (segments of a database, email set etc) to personalising emails and building customer journeys with marketing automation.

I am used to working in a Software as a Service (SaaS) company with an agile work environment, working closely with developers and helping clients build their email marketing strategy.
