With more than 10 years of experience across Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly known as “Pardot”), Eloqua, and SalesCloud (Salesforce CRM) platforms, I bring both strategic and hands-on expertise to projects involving campaign automation, lead management, and process optimisation.

I’m particularly skilled at connecting the dots across marketing channels — from social media and CMS to offline events — ensuring a smooth lead capture, data integration, and handover process between platforms and teams. I can also contribute to content marketing and branding efforts by ensuring consistent messaging and strong alignment between marketing strategy and execution.
