What I do
Set design direction and vision — translating business strategy into a coherent experience point of view · Build design functions and the conditions where good work happens consistently · Turn ambiguity and organisational complexity into clear direction · Operate as a partner to product and engineering — not a supplier to them · Grow designers into people who surprise themselves

Where I’ve done it
Novo Nordisk — co-founded a centralised design unit, grew it to 60+ specialists across 25 digital product teams · DR — led UI/UX and built the Community of Practice that gave designers a shared foundation · Danske Bank — led design of a home-buyer platform, shifting the experience from transactional to relational
