UX and Product Designer with 10+ years of professional experience, with a foundation in UX and interaction design dating back to 2005.
Experienced in designing digital products and user experiences in close collaboration with product teams and engineers.

• Driving UX processes from problem framing to validated solutions in complex software systems
• Optimization and design of SASS software products and tools, internal systems, and business applications
• Improving complex systems by reducing cognitive load and increasing efficiency
• Extensive experience with conducting UX design, interaction design, usability, user-centered design, user research and information architecture.
• Guidance of development, hardware and product teams (ex. PO/PM) in defining product requirements and integrating UX work in the agile process.
• Qualitative and quantitative user research, task analysis and usability testing
• Prototyping on all levels Including sketching, wireframes, mockups and interactive high-fidelity prototypes.
• Designing, structuring, coordinating and building design systems in Figma
• Visualizations of workflows, information architecture and user journeys on all levels, from simple flowcharts to complex user journey maps
• Workshops in all phases of the of the design process
• Years of experience designing prototypes in Figma (and Axure RP for more complex prototypes)
