We are in daily dialog with large companies about projects and processes. Our focus is to help our members achieve long-term collaborations (not small ad-hoc tasks). It takes 5-10 minutes to create your profile and it's free.
You've come to the right place if the following applies to you:
- You are a freelancer, temp or job seeker in marketing and communication
- You have experience and strong competencies within your field
- You work well in teams and preferably at customer sites

If you are currently in an open position, you can choose "Anonymous" status. We will not share your information without your prior consent and a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with the company.

Processes
How it works
1) You will be notified of relevant collaborations/jobs
If you're interested, you can respond. If it's a good match, the next step is an interview with the company.
2) You bid with your hourly/monthly rate
Often the company has a budget. You can settle the agreed price in full. No fees/costs are deducted from this.
3) We guarantee your payment
If you work with us, we take responsibility for making sure you get your payment and that you are paid on time. Typically after 2 weeks.
4) How to make your profile great
(1) A cross-section portrait, preferably with a smile. (2) A thorough description of you, your skills and the role you can play in a company. (3) References that support your skills. The more the better.
