Frequently asked questions about profile and login
1: I have just created a profile but cannot log in.
A new user profile is only active when it is confirmed by clicking the security link in the email sent. The email is sent immediately after creation.
If you don't see the email in your inbox, it's usually in the spam filter.
2: The "Forgot password" function does not work.
Error message: "Invalid username or email."
This means that the email in question is not linked to a profile in our system.
Many people have multiple emails. Check if you may have used a different email for your profile.
3: I cannot create a new profile for my email.
This can be due to 2 things:
Your email is already in use for a profile you created some time ago. Check this by using the "Forgot password" function.
It may also be because you have created a profile for this email within the last 72 hours, but have not yet activated it via the security link provided (see #2 above). Your email will be reserved for 72 hours for activation, after which it will be released again.
