IT & Business projektleder

I am an experienced program and project manager with more than 20 years’ experience working with complex IT programs/projects in the field of tension between IT and business. The roles have been program and project management as the primary and the business consultancy role as secondary. The program and projects have been in the middle to large scale. I have a broad knowledge of IT architecture and IT technology strategy. The driving force for I have been to deliver value-creating effect to the organization which has been achieved by being very committed to running and leading complex projects throughout the project life cycle from idea to commissioning.

I am strong at handling stakeholders in and around the project and creates momentum and a good working environment around the project, even when major challenges arise from time to time. The project toolbox is extensive, and he uses several different methods and tools adapted to the individual program/project and the situation.

I am a pragmatic result-oriented person, a team player with a good sense of humor. He is good coordinator, planner, and organizer with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. He is analytically, logical and structured in thinking and problem solving, always calm and have a holistic view on issues and is visually oriented. I am certified in PRINCE2, SAFe, PMI, Half Double and lately also Diploma in NIS2.
