Curious, creative, tech-oriented, and performance-driven. I connect the dots across content, media distribution, and technology to create a holistic customer flow. With over 12 years of strategic and hands-on experience gained from agencies, brands, and as a business owner, I’ve worked with social media, digital strategy, content creation, and media distribution across the customer journey for C2C, B2C, and B2B brands.
I like to look at the bigger picture and orchestrate structure and flow for the customer journey. How does the lead go from unaware to evangelist? What intent triggers do we have, and how can we act on those to create an optimized journey and lead flow? Answering these questions creates a solid foundation for strategy, tracking, and KPI reporting. I prefer to use dashboards to communicate performance across the customer journey, as this enables better cooperation and understanding of the lead flow between marketing, sales, and customer success.Having this in place allows me to deep dive into each stage of the journey and look at channel and campaign performance to better design and execute campaigns and initiatives that drive business impact, both online and offline.
I believe creativity creates results—from a single banner ad to a 30-second TVC. So, when I design campaigns and initiatives, I like to use my creativity to ensure we create memorable brand experiences, which can be on both a conceptual level as well as a specific piece of content.
