Senior Business Analyst & Project Manager
Senior business analyst with several years of experience from analyzing, developing, managing and implementing of digital transformation, strategic digital initiatives and solving complex business/tech/data situations.
A special appetite for working with high-complex cases and converting “unknown territory” and data into obvious landscape and decisions points.
Typically in the area between stakeholder management, facilitation/Center of Excellence, strategy, business requirements, change/transformation, technology and user- and market data/insights.
Strong experience in areas like quantitative data point (and scorings for user behaviour, usage, project cycles, costs, internal/external markets) and qualitative interviews across business units/personas to identify strategic opportunities and challenges.
