1. Get help from a recruiter (free) 

This is the most common way to find a business partner. Here you get a process that focuses on identifying the absolute best candidates while minimizing your total recruitment time to around 2 hours (the online interviews). We have a good knowledge of many of our candidates and can search wider than the visible candidates on the platform. Networks and CV archives make up another 3,000 possible candidates.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Tell us what you are looking for
  2. We select 3 people who meet your requirements
  3. You get to know them well in an online meeting

We offer professional recruitment assistance if your total expected need is 50 hours or more. The recruitment assistance is free of charge. You are not obliged to work with any of the recommended candidates. Success rate is 85% (8.5 out of 10 assisted searches lead to a collaboration). Hourly/monthly rates are individual and disclosed in the process. MC's placement fee is included in the prices. There are no additional costs.

2. Invite people you have selected

With select and invite, you get a targeted process where you select the people who are invited to bid on your collaboration.

Here's how to do it: 

  1. Select the people you want to contact by clicking the favorites button
  2. Click "Invite to collaborate"
  3. Write a little about the tasks in the form below and click "Invite"
  4. Candidates are notified via email and text message - and can apply
  5. The best matches are selected and invited to an online interview

3. Create a job posting

When you post a job ad, you're guaranteed an efficient process that reaches the right people and minimizes recruitment time.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Check the titles in the table that best describe the profile you are looking for
  2. Select affiliation (Freelancer, temp or permanent position)
  3. Write a little about the role and tasks and hit "Send"
  4. Candidates are notified via email and text message - and can apply
  5. The best matches are selected and invited to an online interview

  • We want a quality process for all parties, and therefore review all postings before they are activated
  • The platform is primarily for companies looking to work with a freelancer/temporary worker for 5+ hours per week on average, preferably variable
  • The first time you use the platform, you will be asked to accept our general terms and conditions and non-disclosure agreement (NDA) so that everyone can safely share information in the process.

The whole process should be a good experience

Once you've found the right person, it's all about getting the framework in place for a good collaboration. We ensure that the contractual and settlement basis is in order, so you can focus on getting the job done. We facilitate:

  • Agreement/contract (Choose between a flexible agreement or a fixed framework agreement)
  • Weekly time tracking (Get a detailed overview of all work done)
  • Monthly billing
  • Insurance during collaboration

Recruitment for permanent employment 

Our primary focus is on freelancers and temporary workers, but we also help a number of companies recruit for permanent positions. We make a special effort to target profiles on the platform as well as CV archives and external networks to ensure the best candidates for the job.
